We use Vercel Analytics that collects anonymous analytics data such as page views and link clicks. This information is for internal use only to monitor general trends.
We also use the open source Plausible Analytics to track overall trends in the usage of our website. Plausible Analytics is a privacy-focused company and platform that collects only aggregated information, which does not allow us to identify any visitor to our website. Download & Payment Processing Information
When purchasing a license for our Service, Stripe, our payment processor, handles the payment processes. They will store your email address, which we use to automatically enroll you in our subscriber list for future updates, features, and promotions related to COPILOT. This is also the case when you voluntarily provide your email address through our subscription form. We value your privacy and assure you that your email will only be used for these purposes. You have the right to unsubscribe at any time, and your email preferences can be managed through the unsubscribe link provided in our communications.
III. OPENAI API & DATA PROTECTION
Your conversation history and other requested data during Service installation are stored exclusively on your Apple device. They are stored in both the iCloud - Shortcuts folder and the Apple Notes app. This data is secure and private, even beyond Apple's reach, thanks to their privacy-focused design. When using the OpenAI API, requests are sent through our server, but we do not store any data.
IV. LICENSING
When purchasing a license for the Service, a license key is provided. When you install or update the Service on your devices, the license key is verified on our server to download the required data or any future updates.
V. USER PRIVACY
The nature of the Service is built on the foundation of user security and privacy, as it is integrated within the Apple Shortcuts application, which is designed with security and privacy in mind by Apple.
